    Free Parking is located is North parking lot. Street parking is available on Eugenie and Horace.

    Please arrive 10-15minutes ahead of time as sessions start on time. Late arrival is not appreciated.

    • We will email a waiver and PAR-Q form to you if we do not have one for you on file already.
    • Please complete and email it or bring it in on the day of the workshop.
